Each piece comes in lovely indigo blue gift box ready for gifting. I offer free tracked express post shipping within Canada on purchases of $200.00 CA or more. For Fed Ex or other shipping options there would be an additional fee. Please message me with your address if you would like to explore other shipping options. For purchases outside of Canada, I cannot be responsible for possible holds or additional charges at borders.
For pieces that are individually made to order, please allow three to eight weeks lead time depending on the scope of the design and my current order schedule. The usual timeline for made to order pieces is approximately four weeks, although this is subject to change. If a tighter timeline is required please contact me before ordering. I am always happy to accommodate rush orders when possible. If an item is listed as ready to ship it will ship within 5 business days unless sizing or alterations are required. Please make sure you have the correct sizing before ordering. Made to order pieces may differ slightly from the pieces photographed. The specifications, the tools and techniques used will be consistent, but each piece will have it's own nuances making it one of a kind. This is my intention and what makes having a piece handmade just for you so special.
Due to the one of a kind and made to order nature of my work, cancellations, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on made to order or custom pieces. I accept returns or exchanges on ready to ship pieces only. They must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging within one week of delivery. You must use express, tracked shipping to return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
I stand behind my products and craftsmanship completely. I use carefully selected gemstones and solid precious metals combined with meticulous craftsmanship to design jewellery that, if cared for properly, could last a lifetime and beyond. Please don't hesitate to contact Emma Glover Design directly for how to proceed with any repairs, questions or concerns. I offer a warranty on the craftsmanship, which covers workmanship defects for one year from purchase date. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, abuse, loss of stones, and theft. If the piece becomes damaged after one year of purchase date, or damage is due to regular wear and tear or accidental damage an estimate will be provided before beginning the repair. For any issues not related to manufacturing defects, it is always recommended to purchase your own insurance to help you recover damaged or stolen jewellery
